- Fluent in English and Spanish, with a strong vocabulary in both languages.
- Able to work independently and stay disciplined in a remote setting.
- Reliable internet connection.

- Quiet workspace.
- Appointment-setting, customer service, or sales experience is highly preferred.
- Experience with U.S.-based service businesses is highly preferred.
- Available Monday through Friday, 9:45 a.m. to 5:15 p.m.
- Available for 36 hours per week, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break.
