Customer Service Representative - TDCX (Onsite, Philippines)
Support customers across multiple communication channels for TDCX, resolving issues and closing cases efficiently. Help improve customer satisfaction through empathetic service, accurate procedures, and continuous process feedback.

- Assist customers through all applicable communication channels.
- Assess customer needs and investigate existing issues to develop effective solutions.
- Resolve customer questions clearly and aim for resolution during the first interaction.
- Coordinate with service partners and internal teams to close cases in line with service standards.
- Share practical feedback on tools, resources, processes, and guidelines to improve workflows and customer experience.
- Follow approved procedures to deliver consistent service and maximize customer satisfaction.
- Develop lasting customer relationships by providing proactive, attentive support.
- Complete additional duties assigned by management within the employment category and contribute to ongoing improvements in TDCX’s Quality Management System.

- A diploma or degree in any field, including advanced, postgraduate, professional, or master’s-level qualifications.
- At least two years of relevant experience is preferred, while fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.

- Clear communication, active listening, empathy, and professional telephone etiquette.
- Confidence using computers and multiple systems, with the flexibility to learn new tools.
