विवरण

  • Handle inbound calls for client businesses from a home-based setting
  • Capture leads, process orders, schedule appointments, and communicate messages to clients
  • Support standard answering, Active Response outbound calls, live chat, relay calls, appointment scheduling, and legal intake
  • Complete training for each supported call type
  • Meet performance standards for quality, accuracy, ready percentage, and after-call work time
  • Complete two weeks of paid training
  • Handle live calls with continuing support throughout 8–12 weeks of Learning & Development
  • Work a consistent, high-volume schedule with consecutive calls
  • Select weekly shifts based on performance tier and business requirements

आवश्यकताएँ

  • Applicants must reside and work physically from Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia, Texas, Utah, Idaho, Tennessee, Missouri, Ohio, or Arizona
  • Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish are required
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency
  • Typing speed of at least 30 words per minute
  • Friendly, positive communication style and a sincere desire to help others
  • Ability to remain composed and productive in high-pressure situations
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled shifts
  • Willingness to learn new call categories and tools with a growth-oriented approach
  • Computer equipment and internet service must satisfy system and connectivity requirements before employment begins
  • Candidates who receive a conditional offer must complete a background check
  • Ability to work 40 hours weekly, including at least 8 hours on both Friday and Saturday during the first 8–12 weeks after training
  • Full 40-hour weekly availability is required during the two-week training and 8–12-week Learning & Development period
  • Availability within the 5:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Pacific Time scheduling window
  • Schedule flexibility is required; particular shifts are not guaranteed
