Support Pearson VUE qualification learners, schools, colleges, and centres with customer service across phone, email, and live chat. Manage registration, certification, administration, and complex enquiries.

- Assist with qualification administration and certification-related enquiries
- Handle complex customer issues with confidence and empathy
- Collaborate effectively with internal Pearson teams
- Develop strong working relationships with schools, colleges, and centres
- Stay informed about developments across the education sector
- Represent Pearson at customer and centre network events after becoming established in the role

- Previous customer service experience or transferable experience in a customer-facing role
- A genuine interest in helping people and resolving problems
- Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills
- Capacity to work independently while contributing effectively to a team
- Comfort using several systems and digital platforms
- Ability to remain composed and professional in high-pressure situations
- An adaptable, motivated approach and willingness to learn
- Availability from Monday to Friday
- Willingness to work rotating shifts between 8am and 5pm
