- Negotiate and close complex, high-value deals.
- Research markets and competitors to guide pricing, product mix, and go-to-market strategies.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and sales channels.
- Work with marketing, operations, customer success, and product teams to create and present tailored solutions.
- Use technology and automation to streamline sales, strengthen customer engagement, and improve operational efficiency.
- Promote innovation in sales methods, tools, and techniques.
- Grow revenue, market penetration, and competitive standing for KBX Logistics’ U.S. domestic Managed Transportation services.

- Experience selling Managed Transportation solutions, including 4PL, LLP, and Control Tower services.
- Experience developing and executing sales strategies that support business objectives.
- Experience building senior stakeholder relationships and understanding complex customer challenges.
- Experience negotiating long-term contracts, service level agreements, freight management volumes, and customer solutions.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and tracking business development, deals, and market expansion in a CRM.
- Experience selling solutions in logistics, transportation, or supply chain.
- Experience selling multimodal logistics solutions across ocean, air, rail, and truck.
- Experience selling international freight forwarding services.
- Experience using data analytics tools to assess sales trends, market opportunities, and competitive intelligence.
- Experience selling technology-integrated supply chain solutions.
- Ability to travel approximately 50%.
- Must pass a drug test where required by state law.
