Administrative Assistant, Field Service Implementation – Vivo (Hybrid, Porto Alegre)
Administrative assistant supporting field service teams, HR controls, and customer service at Vivo. The role coordinates technician activities, tracks performance and deadlines, and helps improve the customer experience.
विवरण
- Assign work to field technicians using control and monitoring systems
- Prepare management reports on customer service performance indicators
- Help supervisors track service deadlines
- Handle administrative tasks, including scheduling customer activities
- Monitor quality and delivery deadlines while evaluating contracted companies
- Oversee team HR routines, including time records, schedules, and time banks
- Assist the manager with timekeeping approvals
- Track the team’s completion of required courses
- Monitor and support coordination with Vivo’s Fleet team
- Help control access for Vivo teams entering group buildings
- Assist the manager in tracking teams and their demands
- Identify ways to improve customer service and the experience of Vivo products
आवश्यकताएँ
- High school diploma
- Basic to intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Basic Excel knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Experience providing customer service by telephone
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams
- Professional written email communication
- Administrative experience preparing management reports and monitoring personnel
- Working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Completed or ongoing higher education is preferred
