Operations Manager, Medical Records Retrieval – Huntsville Hybrid
Lead Sharecare’s medical records retrieval operations in a hybrid Huntsville role, overseeing release-of-information teams, client implementations, quality, and service delivery. The position also supports compliant processes, employee development, client relationships, and financial performance.
Tavsif

- Manage release-of-information specialists to deliver goals efficiently and profitably
- Assign work, make timely decisions, and support employee development
- Work with regional peers to standardize effective operating procedures
- Define performance standards and operating guidelines
- Recruit and retain employees, set expectations, coach team members, and manage performance
- Provide onsite coverage when required and coordinate backup during absences
- Enforce timekeeping and attendance standards
- Coordinate with domestic and international partners to uphold release-of-information turnaround and quality targets
- Keep standard operating procedures current and confirm required training is completed
- Conduct weekly one-on-one meetings with direct reports
- Lead new client implementations and customized operational projects
- Coordinate client meetings and communicate with customers and Sharecare leadership
- Review daily management reports and ensure follow-up actions are completed
- Create monthly portfolio updates for senior leadership
- Maintain process documentation and deliver client-specific training
- Work with Solutions and IT teams to resolve connectivity problems
- Track daily performance and respond to client delivery or quality issues
- Support annual budgeting and financial planning
- Evaluate and improve revenue, spending, profit, and margin performance
- Build client relationships and evaluate opportunities for growth
- Develop new accounts, identify expansion opportunities, and coordinate with Client Success to support satisfaction
- Protect patient, employee, and volunteer privacy by limiting access to information based on business need
- Maintain current HIPAA certification and complete annual recertification

- Bachelor’s degree and relevant prior experience preferred
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
