Tavsif

  • Direct risk and teller operations while maintaining a strong customer and colleague experience.
  • Oversee timely, accurate, and compliant execution of teller activities.
  • Recommend improvements to customer service, colleague experience, performance processes, and operational tools.
  • Handle branch operations and customer support responsibilities.
  • Serve customers attentively, identify their needs, and build lasting relationships.
  • Plan staffing and oversee the teller line’s daily workflow.
  • Use sound judgment to address teller-line issues under regional banking leadership.
  • Apply relevant regulations, policies, procedures, audit standards, and escalation protocols.
  • Help customers and employees resolve concerns or escalate complaints appropriately.
  • Partner with branch staff, colleagues, and mid-level managers on operational needs.
  • Engage directly with customers in the branch.
  • Coach, encourage, and develop a diverse team of direct reports.
  • Oversee the branch operations budget and allocation of personnel resources.
  • Support employee development and participate in recruiting and hiring activities.
  • Identify customer needs and refer interested customers for dwelling-secured products to a SAFE team member without accepting applications or discussing transaction terms.

Talablar

  • At least two years of experience assessing customer needs or resolving issues, or equivalent experience, training, military service, or education.
  • At least one year of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and motivate a diverse team.
  • Strong customer-service skills, including listening carefully, gathering information, understanding complex issues, and resolving them effectively.
  • Experience managing customer service, operations, or financial services in a high-volume, fast-changing environment.
  • Ability to explain technology and connect customers with mobile banking options.
  • Professional and ethical approach when working with customers and employees.
  • Working knowledge of banking laws and regulations.
  • Understanding of retail compliance, risk controls, and loss-prevention practices.
  • Ability to perform under pressure, meet deadlines, exercise independent judgment, and apply critical thinking.
  • Relevant military experience involving military protocols, instructions, enlisted evaluations, or officer and leadership reporting.
  • Relevant military experience in personnel benefits, military orders or transitions, wartime readiness, human resources, or military recruiting.
  • Experience handling cash.
  • Availability for a schedule that may include most Saturdays.
  • Ability to satisfy Consumer Financial Protection Bureau qualification standards for Loan Originator roles, including financial responsibility, character, financial fitness, and criminal-background requirements.
  • Ability to complete ongoing regulatory screening requirements when applicable.
