Senior Salesforce Technical Architect

Lead secure Service Cloud and Experience Cloud architecture for Yudrio’s federal Salesforce implementation. Guide integrations, platform governance, releases, and Agile delivery.

  • Architect secure, scalable Salesforce solutions across Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, custom objects, automation, and integrations.
  • Work with business analysts and product owners to validate requirements, address gaps, and prepare user stories for development.
  • Set technical direction for Salesforce developers, administrators, QA testers, and integration specialists.
  • Review solution designs, technical specifications, data models, integration patterns, security models, and release plans.
  • Align Salesforce architecture with federal security, privacy, accessibility, and compliance requirements.
  • Design and assess sharing and visibility models, including roles, permissions, queues, Experience Cloud users, and external access controls.
  • Guide Experience Cloud architecture for portal access, records, navigation, branding, and security.
  • Guide Service Cloud architecture for case management, workflows, assignments, queues, notifications, escalations, and service processes.
  • Advise on declarative and coded approaches, including Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, validation, approvals, and integrations.
  • Assess technical impacts of requested changes, defects, enhancements, and release scope decisions.
  • Contribute to Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, design sessions, demos, and release readiness reviews.
  • Surface technical risks, dependencies, performance issues, security gaps, and architectural tradeoffs.
  • Help design integrations with external systems, APIs, document management, identity, and reporting platforms.
  • Review code, configuration, and deployment materials for quality and maintainability.
  • Support DevOps, environment management, deployment planning, and release governance.
  • Define and uphold Salesforce development, naming, configuration, and documentation standards.
  • Advise project leaders and client stakeholders on Salesforce platform decisions.
  • Translate complex business needs into sound Salesforce architecture and provide hands-on technical guidance when needed.
  • Coordinate with federal stakeholders, product owners, analysts, developers, QA testers, Scrum Masters, project leaders, and client technical teams.

  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required.
  • At least 7 years of Salesforce experience.
  • At least 3 years as a Salesforce Architect, Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud or Community Cloud.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, security, automation, integrations, and release management.
  • Experience designing Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise or government environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce security architecture, including profiles, permission sets, roles, sharing and restriction rules, field and object security, and Experience Cloud access.
  • Experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, custom objects, reports, dashboards, and Salesforce configuration.
  • Experience supporting Agile or Scrum delivery teams.
  • Ability to turn business requirements into technical designs and implementation guidance.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • An active Salesforce certification is required, or certification must be obtained and maintained as a condition of employment.
  • Ability to support a federal client environment and meet applicable background, security, and contractual requirements.
  • Preferred: Salesforce architecture, consultant, or Platform Developer certifications.
  • Preferred: Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification.
  • Preferred: Experience with federal government Salesforce implementations.
  • Preferred: Experience with Salesforce Government Cloud or Government Cloud Plus.
  • Preferred: Experience with FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST 800-53, ATO, Section 508, or other federal compliance requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience with CI/CD and Salesforce DevOps tools such as Copado.
  • Preferred: Experience integrating document generation, document management, e-signature, or external storage systems.
  • Preferred: Experience with complex case management, claims processing, workflow automation, or customer and constituent portals.
  • Preferred: Experience reviewing user stories, acceptance criteria, technical designs, and test plans.
  • Preferred: Experience mentoring Salesforce developers and administrators.
