Billing and Payments Support Specialist – Remote Ukraine

Handle billing, payment incidents, fraud, and chargebacks for TENTENS Tech’s social discovery platforms serving more than 20 million users. Investigate complex cases and help improve payment operations.

Tavsif

  • Monitor payment infrastructure and key performance metrics
  • Manage payment incidents, including failed payments, refunds, disputes, and chargebacks
  • Investigate complex payment cases, including unauthorized payments, chargeback threats, and suspicious transactions
  • Identify the root causes of payment issues
  • Respond to users about payment-related questions through ticket-based systems
  • Handle fraud cases and analyze fraud patterns
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across product, support, payments, and compliance
  • Work morning, daytime, and evening or night shifts
  • During evening or night shifts, manage operations, monitoring, and incident response

Talablar

  • Basic understanding of online payments and fraud patterns
  • English proficiency at B1 level or above, both spoken and written
  • Willingness to work night shifts from 19:00 to 03:00
  • Analytical approach to investigating problems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in an environment where approaches may change frequently
  • Ability to work with SLAs and escalations
  • Motivation to improve processes and proactively share ideas
  • Hands-on experience with failed payments, refunds, and disputes, plus an understanding of the chargeback lifecycle, is a plus
  • Experience with ticket-based systems such as Zendesk or similar tools is a plus
  • Willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them through to completion is a plus
