Descriere

  • Deliver high-quality customer support through the relevant communication channels.
  • Assess customer needs, investigate existing issues, and develop practical solutions that resolve confusion.
  • Pursue first-contact resolution and coordinate follow-up with service partners and internal teams through case closure in line with service standards.
  • Share actionable feedback on tools, resources, procedures, and guidelines to improve workflows and the customer experience.
  • Follow appropriate service procedures to maintain high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop lasting customer relationships by engaging proactively and exceeding expectations.
  • Complete other duties assigned by management within the employment category and contribute to the effective implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Cerințe

  • Hold at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in any field.
  • Related work experience of around two years is preferred, while fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Demonstrate strong time management and the drive to exceed expectations.
  • Manage multiple tasks and use customer-provided information to tailor responses and actions to individual needs.
  • Communicate effectively by listening carefully, empathizing with customers, and maintaining good phone etiquette.
  • Work comfortably with computers and multiple systems, with the ability to learn and adapt to new tools.
  • Have excellent spoken and written English communication skills, along with proficiency in the language of the supported market.
