Descriere

  • Advise senior Product Development leaders on people strategies aligned with business priorities, organizational health, and sustainable growth
  • Coach leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, team effectiveness, and organizational change
  • Interpret people data, business context, and employee feedback to surface trends, identify root causes, and recommend actionable responses
  • Facilitate talent discussions covering performance management, succession, employee relations, and development planning
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, People Operations, Learning & Development, Employee Relations, and Legal
  • Support leaders in building inclusive, accountable, and effective team cultures
  • Help leaders navigate change through clear communication and thoughtful stakeholder management
  • Advance People Partner practices and operating rhythms across the Product Development People Team

Cerințe

  • At least 8 years of progressive HR Business Partner, People Partner, or comparable strategic HR experience, including 3 or more years supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment
  • At least 8 years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Partner, or equivalent strategic HR roles
  • At least 3 years of direct partnership with director- and VP-level leaders in technology, SaaS, or a similarly fast-moving organization
  • Background supporting Product, Engineering, Design, Data, or other technical teams
  • Experience guiding organizations of 300 or more employees through growth, transformation, or organizational change
  • Strong business judgment with the ability to connect organizational and talent decisions to measurable business outcomes
  • Experience leading organizational design, workforce planning, talent reviews, performance cycles, and change programs
  • Deep knowledge of talent management, performance management, employee relations, and workforce planning
  • Demonstrated judgment when handling sensitive employee relations, performance, and leadership situations
  • Ability to combine qualitative and quantitative people insights to shape decisions and assess impact
  • Ability to use AI-enabled tools responsibly, verify their outputs, understand their limitations, and follow approved privacy and data-security practices
  • Collaborative, candid, and empathetic working style
  • Comfort operating in an AI-enabled workplace while safeguarding confidential information
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience preferred
