Descriere

  • Help customers identify their scheduling needs and select suitable options
  • Provide high-quality phone support for consumers of recognized brands
  • Adjust communication to different customer needs and represent the company with positive language
  • Complete product and system training
  • Participate in instructor-led remote training sessions
  • Work a Monday-to-Friday schedule
  • Complete daytime first-shift training before moving to an afternoon and evening second shift

Cerințe

  • High school diploma required
  • At least two years of customer service experience in a call center setting
  • Experience supporting branded products and services
  • Strong written and spoken communication abilities
  • Background in diagnosing and troubleshooting issues
  • Familiarity with supporting consumer products or services
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • A dedicated home office, preferably a separate room with a door
  • Sufficient space for the required workstation
  • Ability to connect the workstation directly to the router with wired internet
  • Three available power outlets
  • A work environment free from personal disruptions during scheduled hours
  • Ability to remain available for the full shift
  • Perfect attendance required throughout training
