Senior Account Strategist, Digital Marketing (US Remote)
Support New Engen client accounts by coordinating campaign workflows, creative testing, performance insights, reporting, and deliverables. This US remote role partners with account and creative teams to keep projects on track and improve campaign performance.
Descriere
- Support Account Strategists with client requests and the daily operations of their accounts.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to keep projects, deadlines, and deliverables on track.
- Manage creative assets, feedback, approvals, and project updates across active accounts.
- Track key milestones and help campaigns stay on schedule.
- Review campaign results and turn performance metrics into useful recommendations.
- Work with account and creative teams to spot opportunities to improve creative performance.
- Coordinate creative tests and landing page optimization work.
- Record findings and help ensure testing plans are carried out.
- Help prepare and quality-check client reports, presentations, and other deliverables.
- Join client and internal meetings, take thorough notes, and record action items.
- Track follow-ups and keep stakeholders aligned on priorities and next steps.
Cerințe
- Knowledge of digital marketing platforms including Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snap.
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage several projects at once.
- Clear communication skills for sharing updates and feedback with clients and colleagues.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced setting.
- Working familiarity with Google Suite and Slack.
