Descriere

  • Respond to customer inquiries about the reverse mortgage program by phone
  • Call prospective customers to introduce the program
  • Develop sales opportunities for the Retail Sales team
  • Build prospective customers’ interest in the reverse mortgage program
  • Assess customer eligibility against program guidelines, including age, loan-to-value ratio, and homeownership status
  • Connect interested, qualified customers with the sales team
  • Schedule follow-up appointments
  • Send information packets to customers by mail
  • Record transaction notes in the Sales CRM

  • Use basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrate 10-key data entry proficiency
  • Use softphone systems proficiently
  • Bring a customer service background
  • Have a basic understanding of reverse mortgage products
  • Possess mortgage industry knowledge
