Descriere

  • Provide remote technical support to Edward Jones branches, departments, and users.
  • Troubleshoot branch video and phone systems, platform access, and data connectivity issues.
  • Guide users by phone through technical solutions, using the established knowledge base.
  • Resolve password resets, how-to requests, and general questions about supported systems.
  • Track and analyze issue trends to aid resolution and reduce repeat problems.
  • Prioritize work according to severity, urgency, and impact.
  • Escalate unresolved issues according to established procedures.
  • Keep accurate records of daily work, system functions, and user interactions.
  • Take on other assigned duties.

Cerințe

  • Have an associate degree from an accredited college, technical school, or university; two years of related experience; or an equivalent combination totaling two years.
  • Be proficient with relevant technologies and tools and able to follow technical instructions.
  • Communicate clearly in writing and speech with people at all organizational levels.
  • Maintain strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Be available for occasional weekend and holiday support coverage.
  • Prior call center experience is preferred.
