Manage and secure Windows and macOS endpoint environments supporting Hyland’s enterprise content software platform. Lead device deployment, patching, compliance support, troubleshooting, and infrastructure improvements.

Descriere

  • Design and support IT systems across a hybrid-cloud environment
  • Administer and secure Windows and macOS endpoints
  • Plan and deliver projects and requests aligned with department initiatives
  • Help establish system administration standards and practices within a weekly sprint process
  • Protect the security, integrity, and confidentiality of systems and data
  • Support compliance programs by collecting audit evidence and following Hyland information security policies
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across managed environments
  • Conduct problem-solving, root-cause, and post-mortem analyses
  • Document solution designs, operating procedures, and technology platforms
  • Develop internal training materials and deliver training when needed
  • Act as an escalation point for system and user requests
  • Identify and implement improvements that increase enterprise-wide efficiency

Cerințe

  • More than five years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a Windows environment
  • More than two years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Jamf Pro, or a comparable endpoint management platform
  • Experience with Microsoft Configuration Manager, formerly SCCM, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
  • Proven ability to manage enterprise-scale device security, software deployment, and patching
  • Experience with scripting and application deployment packaging
  • Familiarity with or experience using Windows Autopatch, Windows Update for Business, and public cloud services
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Ability to produce concise, logical, grammatically correct documentation
  • High attention to detail and demonstrated troubleshooting ability
  • Ability to conduct root-cause and post-mortem analyses
  • Familiarity with or hands-on experience managing, provisioning, and securing macOS devices with Jamf Pro
  • Experience working in a hybrid-cloud architecture
  • Ability to independently plan and deliver projects within a sprint-based team
  • Experience supporting department initiatives from design through delivery
  • Experience supporting compliance activities, including certification-audit evidence collection and adherence to corporate information security policies and practices
  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to perform the role’s primary duties
