Senior Manager, Partner Solutions Architecture

Descriere

  • Lead the Partner Solutions Architecture team across EMEA and APJ.
  • Manage technical relationships with regional systems integrators, consultancies, and technology partners.
  • Partner with the alliances team to shape regional routes to market for global platform partners.
  • Coach the team and provide senior-level technical support when needed.
  • Grow partner-led revenue by strengthening technical capability and engagement with Fivetran and dbt.
  • Expand technical co-selling with partners.
  • Help partners present the value of Fivetran and dbt, identify use cases, design sound architectures, and deliver strong implementations.
  • Share accountability for regional outcomes with partner leaders and explain the factors behind performance.
  • Drive regional capability growth through certifications, accreditations, enablement plans, and broader partner reach.
  • Turn global alliance plans into regional execution with platform partners’ local field teams and systems integrators.
  • Develop the EMEA and APJ Partner Solutions Architecture team through regular one-to-ones, clear expectations, performance discussions, and career support.
  • Set partner and territory coverage and priorities across both regions.
  • Build and retain a strong team, hiring as it expands.
  • Share regional product feedback with global Partner Solutions Architects and product teams, including integration gaps, delivery problems, competitive shifts, and roadmap requests.
  • Travel about 30% across EMEA and APJ for partner planning, enablement, regional events, and team engagement.
  • Report to the Global Head of Partner Solutions Architecture and work with the AMER counterpart, regional partner leaders, partner sales and development managers, and field engineering leaders.

Cerințe

  • Experience managing a distributed technical team that works with customers or partners, such as solutions architecture, sales engineering, partner engineering, or consulting delivery.
  • Experience hiring, managing performance, and developing team members.
  • Experience in partner, alliance, or channel programs.
  • Understanding of how systems integrators and technology partners earn revenue and set priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of the modern data stack, including ingestion, transformation, orchestration, warehouses and lakehouses, open table formats, semantic layers, catalogs, and business intelligence.
  • Track record of building capability in partner or customer organizations through enablement, certification or accreditation, workshops and labs, or partner practice development.
  • Comfort with commercial discussions, including regional pipeline reviews, partner business planning, and accountability for revenue targets.
  • Hands-on experience with dbt and Fivetran is a plus.
  • Experience leading a team through organizational change is a plus.
  • Experience running partner certification, accreditation, or enablement programs is a plus.
  • Established relationships in the EMEA or APJ partner ecosystem are a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud marketplace programs and co-selling is a plus.
