HR Shared Services Manager, Leave, Accommodations and Employee Relations – Minneapolis Hybrid

Descriere

  • Lead, coach, and develop the US HR Specialist team
  • Oversee leave-service delivery through the third-party administrator
  • Manage the operational relationship with the third-party leave administrator
  • Coordinate accommodation, return-to-work, employee relations, and other complex cases
  • Oversee workplace accommodation workflows, including communication, documentation, and escalation
  • Manage standard employee relations processes covering attendance, performance, conduct, corrective action, and policy interpretation
  • Serve as the escalation point for complex, sensitive, or higher-risk leave, accommodation, and employee relations matters
  • Manage ServiceNow case delivery, including assignment, aging, SLAs, documentation, quality, and closure
  • Track case volumes, trends, and performance metrics while improving case deflection and service outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to improve knowledge resources, standardize processes, and automate work
  • Maintain accurate processing and data integrity in Workday
  • Lead HR projects and process improvements, including system enhancements and process harmonization
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Employee Relations, Payroll, Benefits, HRIS, Legal, and other stakeholders
  • Maintain compliance with applicable US federal, state, and local employment requirements
  • Advance continuous improvement, standardization, and automation across HR processes

Cerințe

  • At least five years of experience in a related role
  • Experience leading an HR, leave, accommodations, or employee relations team in a shared-services, HR service center, or centralized case-management environment
  • Practical expertise in US leave of absence and workplace accommodation processes, including federal and multi-state requirements
  • Experience managing standard employee relations matters and recognizing cases that require specialist or legal escalation
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume case delivery, including workload distribution, service levels, escalations, documentation, and quality
  • Hands-on experience in a case-management environment overseeing case lifecycles, SLAs, and escalations
  • Working knowledge of Workday or a comparable HRIS
  • Track record of leading projects, process improvements, or HR transformation initiatives
  • Ability to manage high-volume, case-based work while maintaining quality and compliance
  • Strong stakeholder management capabilities in a matrixed, international organization
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a strong emphasis on data accuracy and governance
  • Experience using ServiceNow or a comparable advanced case-management platform
  • Experience supporting employees across multiple US states
  • Experience with FMLA, ADA, PWFA, USERRA, disability-related leave, and return-to-work processes
  • Experience delivering HR process improvements, technology enhancements, or service transformation
  • SHRM, HRCI, or another relevant HR qualification
  • Experience in financial services or another regulated industry
  • Current and future US work authorization without the need for employment visa sponsorship
