Senior Associate Data Engineer

Descriere

  • Partner with business reporting and cross-functional teams to clarify requirements
  • Analyze data and support project transitions
  • Lead transition activities when needed
  • Manage post-transition development, enhancements, and modifications
  • Work with back-end data architects and systems engineers to build data objects for business needs
  • Act as the team’s subject matter expert
  • Analyze large datasets, identify patterns and rules, and create Power BI dashboards
  • Manage databases and data models
  • Build low-code solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Design and maintain database and table structures for new and changing data sources
  • Conduct detailed analysis to check data quality
  • Own work from analysis through development
  • Manage client expectations, share status updates, prioritize deliverables, and apply change control and release management processes
  • Manage multiple projects and coordinate across service-line teams
  • Define problems and identify suitable analytical approaches
  • Contribute as a senior team member to technical workstreams in Decision Sciences implementation projects
  • Apply technical practices at the product and design levels
  • Coordinate and communicate with onsite coordinators
  • Develop analytical strategies using suitable methods and technologies
  • Document and present work to clients
  • Recommend and influence changes to business decision-making
  • Complete assigned work on schedule and report progress regularly to the lead

Cerințe

  • Bring more than five years of Data Analyst experience and strong skills in SQL/T-SQL, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
  • Knowledge of ETL tools such as SSIS and Azure Data Factory is an advantage
  • Python coding and Databricks experience are beneficial
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel macros is an advantage
  • Have experience working in an Agile environment
  • Prior client-facing experience is preferred
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field
