Lead Inotiv’s EMEA customer service function, managing distributed teams and operational delivery across customer support activities. Coordinate tenant relationships, cross-functional issue resolution, and continuous improvement at the Hillcrest UK site.
Descriere
- Direct daily customer service operations across EMEA
- Manage customer service advisors and oversee team performance
- Assign workloads and monitor delivery against team expectations
- Lead operational service delivery across the region
- Oversee quotations, order entry, service coordination, customer communications, and issue resolution
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and other internal teams
- Maintain consistent delivery of customer commitments and service standards
- Manage ongoing relationships with tenants at the Hillcrest UK site
- Assess tenant needs, resolve service concerns, and coordinate suitable internal support
- Coach and develop customer service team members
- Strengthen accountability, collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement
Cerințe
- Demonstrated experience managing customer advisor teams through KPIs and performance metrics
- Background in a contact centre or logistics environment
- Experience managing remote teams across multiple countries is highly advantageous
- Additional European language skills are highly advantageous
- Availability for occasional travel to UK operations at Hillcrest UK
