Customer Service Officer (4-Month Contract)

Provide remote voice support for Satellite Office clients, resolving complaints and helping retain customers. Handle calls, escalations, performance targets, and customer satisfaction.

Aprašymas

  • Answer incoming customer calls promptly and professionally, aiming to resolve issues in a single interaction.
  • Resolve disputes and complaints in line with company values, terms, and escalation procedures.
  • Use retention approaches to support customer loyalty and long-term satisfaction.
  • Meet targets for handling time, first-contact resolution, quality, and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
  • Escalate complex enquiries and follow up to support timely resolution.
  • Share feedback and take part in team meetings and training.
  • Build effective working relationships with clinic, client, and internal support teams.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues.
  • Work with colleagues and managers to share knowledge and support team objectives.

Reikalavimai

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call centre or voice support role.
  • Strong spoken communication and active listening skills.
  • Sound problem-solving skills, a solution-focused approach, and empathy for customers.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and telephony platforms.
  • Able to work remotely with effective time management and a reliable home setup.
  • Able to multitask, pay close attention to detail, and handle numerical information accurately.
  • Customer retention or subscription management experience is an advantage.
  • Collaborative team member with a positive approach to continuous improvement.
  • A quiet, professional home workspace.
  • Reliable broadband connection.
  • Available for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts as customer demand requires.
