  • Use the APEXX technical incident matrix to classify issues and incidents
  • Conduct initial technical investigations using Grafana, Portals, Quicksight, Snowflake, and relevant technical expertise
  • Route issues to L2 engineering teams or external partners when escalation is needed
  • Manage merchant questions and problems through to resolution
  • Investigate merchant incidents and internal monitoring alerts outside standard hours
  • Initiate incident management procedures and escalate to L2 teams as appropriate
  • Draft merchant updates and manage phone communications during incidents
  • Share clear updates during shift handovers and morning stand-ups
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Implementations, and Technology teams

Талаптар

  • Prior experience in technical support engineering, preferably in a startup or fintech setting
  • Practical experience working with APIs
  • Experience using ticketing and collaboration platforms such as Freshdesk, Jira, Confluence, or comparable tools
  • Basic to intermediate proficiency in SQL
  • Experience working with MySQL, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL databases
  • Familiarity with Postman, Excel, Kibana, or Grafana is beneficial
  • Ability to work against SLAs and resolve incidents in high-pressure situations
  • Strong capability in first-line investigation and technical issue identification
  • Clear and effective written and spoken communication
  • Well-developed problem-solving, analytical, and organisational abilities
  • Availability for rotating shifts, including nights and weekends when needed
