- Route tickets to the appropriate technical team
- Prioritize and escalate tickets when required

- Fluent Spanish with professional workplace communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency with Google Workspace applications
- Highly organized and detail-oriented when managing tickets, backlogs, KPIs, and SLAs
- Analytical approach focused on quality and process improvement
- Background in preparing and tracking KPIs and management reports
- Experience using ServiceNow
- Experience monitoring SLAs and backlogs and managing service tickets
- Experience supporting quality and process improvement work
- Experience developing and maintaining procedures or knowledge bases
