  • Deliver customer service to existing policyholders and their mortgage companies
  • Provide policy documents, verify coverage, accept payments, and answer product and service questions
  • Prepare customer correspondence and resolve needs to support satisfaction
  • Answer inbound calls about policies and billing, forwarding calls when appropriate
  • Accept payments and complete mortgage verifications within delegated authority
  • Investigate customer questions and provide timely responses to the appropriate parties
  • Handle calls in line with established service-level expectations
  • Process authorized requests and document customer files accurately
  • Coordinate with customers, colleagues, and managers on service issues
  • Escalate callers to underwriters when appropriate
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
  • Use approved tools and methods to provide accurate, complete information
  • Follow required communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Report to the Customer Service Supervisor

Талаптар

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least two years of Property and Casualty Insurance experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Active Property & Casualty Personal Lines Producer license in the state of residence
  • Working proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong listening skills and clear verbal and written communication
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-volume call center
  • Careful attention to detail and sound judgment
  • Demonstrated business and analytical problem-solving ability
  • Knowledge of Property and Casualty Insurance products
  • Ability to collect and analyze information effectively
  • Ability to learn and accurately use company-specific software
  • Ability to follow established policies and procedures
  • Ability to protect confidential information
  • Experience handling difficult or emotionally charged customer situations effectively
  • Consistent, reliable attendance
  • Demonstrated ability to contribute as a team member
  • Self-directed approach and motivation to succeed
  • Must live in an eligible state; remote positions exclude Alaska, Arkansas, Delaware, Hawaii, Iowa, Maine, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, and West Virginia
  • Insurance experience with an agency or direct carrier is preferred
  • Homeowners' insurance experience is preferred
  • Spanish-English bilingual ability is preferred
