HRIS Services Coordinator - Pennsylvania Remote
Provide Tier 1 HR support remotely to employees and managers across Apis Services’ behavioral health and human services affiliates. Manage HR cases, system questions, and service improvements.

- Act as the primary contact for employees and managers requesting support through ONE HR Services
- Answer questions about HR policies, procedures, forms, benefits, employment details, and HR systems
- Resolve routine HR inquiries during the initial contact whenever possible
- Accurately create, update, document, and close HR service cases within required timeframes
- Manage employee inquiries through resolution or an authorized handoff
- Help employees with ADP, onboarding, timekeeping, the HR portal, and other HR system questions
- Escalate complex matters to the appropriate HR specialist while supporting a smooth employee experience
- Safeguard confidential employee information and follow applicable privacy requirements
- Use knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and service resources to deliver consistent guidance
- Track open cases and complete timely follow-up through resolution
- Recognize recurring issues and opportunities to enhance the employee experience
- Contribute to service improvements, system enhancements, and process optimization initiatives
- Support enterprise HR programs, acquisitions, and organizational growth activities

- High school diploma is required
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in HR, HR operations, employee services, customer service, or administrative support
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
- Well-developed organizational skills and careful attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in an HR service center or shared services setting is preferred
- Familiarity with HRIS, case management, ticketing, call center, or service management platforms is preferred
- Experience with ADP or comparable HR technology is preferred
- Working knowledge of HR practices and employee support processes is preferred
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach as required
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
- Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
