विवरण

Act as the primary contact for employees and managers requesting support through ONE HR Services
Answer questions about HR policies, procedures, forms, benefits, employment details, and HR systems
Resolve routine HR inquiries during the initial contact whenever possible
Accurately create, update, document, and close HR service cases within required timeframes
Manage employee inquiries through resolution or an authorized handoff
Help employees with ADP, onboarding, timekeeping, the HR portal, and other HR system questions
Escalate complex matters to the appropriate HR specialist while supporting a smooth employee experience
Safeguard confidential employee information and follow applicable privacy requirements
Use knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and service resources to deliver consistent guidance
Track open cases and complete timely follow-up through resolution
Recognize recurring issues and opportunities to enhance the employee experience
Contribute to service improvements, system enhancements, and process optimization initiatives
Support enterprise HR programs, acquisitions, and organizational growth activities

आवश्यकताएँ

High school diploma is required
A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in HR, HR operations, employee services, customer service, or administrative support
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
Well-developed organizational skills and careful attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Experience in an HR service center or shared services setting is preferred
Familiarity with HRIS, case management, ticketing, call center, or service management platforms is preferred
Experience with ADP or comparable HR technology is preferred
Working knowledge of HR practices and employee support processes is preferred
Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach as required
Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
