HRIS Services Coordinator - Pennsylvania Remote

Provide Tier 1 HR support remotely to employees and managers across Apis Services’ behavioral health and human services affiliates. Manage HR cases, system questions, and service improvements.

Descriere

  • Act as the primary contact for employees and managers requesting support through ONE HR Services
  • Answer questions about HR policies, procedures, forms, benefits, employment details, and HR systems
  • Resolve routine HR inquiries during the initial contact whenever possible
  • Accurately create, update, document, and close HR service cases within required timeframes
  • Manage employee inquiries through resolution or an authorized handoff
  • Help employees with ADP, onboarding, timekeeping, the HR portal, and other HR system questions
  • Escalate complex matters to the appropriate HR specialist while supporting a smooth employee experience
  • Safeguard confidential employee information and follow applicable privacy requirements
  • Use knowledge articles, standard operating procedures, and service resources to deliver consistent guidance
  • Track open cases and complete timely follow-up through resolution
  • Recognize recurring issues and opportunities to enhance the employee experience
  • Contribute to service improvements, system enhancements, and process optimization initiatives
  • Support enterprise HR programs, acquisitions, and organizational growth activities

Cerințe

  • High school diploma is required
  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in HR, HR operations, employee services, customer service, or administrative support
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and sound judgment
  • Well-developed organizational skills and careful attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience in an HR service center or shared services setting is preferred
  • Familiarity with HRIS, case management, ticketing, call center, or service management platforms is preferred
  • Experience with ADP or comparable HR technology is preferred
  • Working knowledge of HR practices and employee support processes is preferred
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and reach as required
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work at a computer for extended periods
  • Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation
