  • Own contracted service delivery for assigned accounts
  • Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and proactive service management
  • Serve as the primary contact for service-related matters
  • Lead governance, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate smooth transitions into business-as-usual operations and verify best practices
  • Monitor performance, identify trends, and implement improvements
  • Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Partner with Account Managers and turn feedback into service enhancements
  • Facilitate operational calls, service reviews, and governance meetings
  • Resolve critical issues and oversee service request processes and reporting
  • Serve as Manager on Duty for escalations, bridge calls, and emergency changes
  • Maintain accurate records and apply data insights to ongoing improvements
  • Follow industry developments and support potential revenue growth opportunities
  • Handle additional duties as needed

  • Demonstrated ability in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and clear communication
  • Experience balancing multiple priorities in complex operating environments
  • Strong capability in service delivery, incident resolution, governance, and reporting
  • Proficiency in data analysis, problem-solving, and process documentation
  • Working knowledge of ITIL principles, Jira, Confluence, and Microsoft 365
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business discipline, or equivalent industry experience
  • Experience with service transition and operational readiness is desirable
  • ITIL certification and project management training are desirable
  • Familiarity with fintech and payment solutions is desirable
  • Experience supporting growth opportunities and cross-functional collaboration is desirable
  • Experience working with global and cross-cultural teams is desirable
  • Flexibility to work across time zones in support of global clients
  • Availability for out-of-hours Manager on Duty coverage, including escalations and critical incident coordination
