  • Help customers with questions, concerns, and account inquiries in a professional manner
  • Recognize, escalate, and document urgent issues as needed
  • Follow up on complex cases to confirm they are resolved
  • Record customer interactions and account information accurately across multiple systems
  • Build customer rapport through positive, solution-oriented communication
  • Stay professional and productive in a fast-paced call center
  • Work with leaders and teammates to improve customer experience and team performance

  • Speak and write fluently in English and Spanish
  • Prior customer service experience
  • Call center experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Positive, personable, and customer-focused approach
  • Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfort using multiple systems and platforms at once
  • Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
  • Basic computer skills, including navigating interfaces, copying and pasting, opening tabs, and typing at least 30 words per minute
  • Dependable attendance and professional conduct
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
