- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats in English and Spanish
- Help customers with questions, concerns, and account inquiries in a professional manner
- Recognize, escalate, and document urgent issues as needed
- Follow up on complex cases to confirm they are resolved
- Record customer interactions and account information accurately across multiple systems
- Build customer rapport through positive, solution-oriented communication
- Stay professional and productive in a fast-paced call center
- Work with leaders and teammates to improve customer experience and team performance

- Speak and write fluently in English and Spanish
- Prior customer service experience
- Call center experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Positive, personable, and customer-focused approach
- Self-directed with strong problem-solving skills
- Comfort using multiple systems and platforms at once
- Excellent grammar, punctuation, and spelling
- Basic computer skills, including navigating interfaces, copying and pasting, opening tabs, and typing at least 30 words per minute
