Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Mexico, Remote)
Provide customer service for US-based operations from home in Mexico, supporting international teams. Handle customer interactions across multiple systems.

- Support expanding customer service operations for US-based clients
- Manage inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
- Use multiple systems effectively in a fast-paced service environment
- Complete each hiring stage, including resume review, a pre-screen questionnaire, a one-way video interview, a pre-screen interview, live interviews, and a background check
- Work remotely from home with international customer service teams

- Prior experience in a US BPO or call center
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Strong customer service and communication abilities
- Experience managing inbound and/or outbound customer interactions
- Able to multitask and work efficiently across multiple systems
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working in a structured remote setting
- Windows 11 PC required; Macs are not supported
- 16 GB RAM
- Two monitors
- Webcam and headset
- i5 processor or higher
- Fiber internet with a wired Ethernet connection
