Technical Support Analyst

Provide Windows troubleshooting, help desk, account, and equipment support for Comagine Health’s healthcare consulting organization. This hybrid role is based in Seattle and includes occasional office support.

Description

  • Handle internal technology support requests as the initial point of contact
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and user access problems
  • Assist users remotely with Windows computers, peripherals, and other end-user technology
  • Provide prompt, professional support focused on employee needs
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access requests
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, access updates, and equipment coordination
  • Configure and deploy workstations and provide remote hardware support
  • Work with approved technology vendors to arrange equipment repairs or replacements
  • Keep technology asset inventories and lifecycle records accurate
  • Log, prioritize, track, and resolve support requests in the help desk system
  • Keep employees informed about progress and resolution of their issues
  • Refer complex technical problems to senior IT staff when needed
  • Apply established service standards and technical support procedures
  • Develop and update internal technical documentation and knowledge resources
  • Coordinate with IT colleagues and vendors to resolve technical problems
  • Take part in team meetings, technical training, and improvement efforts
  • Spot ways to improve support processes and the employee experience

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least three years of related experience providing technical support or troubleshooting Microsoft Windows systems
  • Experience identifying and resolving common hardware, software, and end-user technology problems
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technical topics to nontechnical users
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to build positive working relationships
  • Ability to manage multiple support requests independently, set priorities, and meet service expectations
  • Professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, and care in handling confidential information
  • Reliable internet access and a dedicated workspace suitable for remote technical support
  • Preferred: Vocational or technical degree in information technology, computer science, or a related field
  • Preferred: CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) certification
  • Preferred: CompTIA A+ certification, completed or in progress
  • Preferred: Google IT Support Professional Certificate
  • Preferred: Experience supporting employees in a remote or distributed workplace
  • Preferred: Familiarity with help desk ticketing systems, user account administration, and IT asset management
