  • Partner with hiring managers to lead strategic technology talent acquisition.

  • Create and deliver role-specific hiring plans aligned with workforce planning and business priorities.
  • Develop focused sourcing strategies for specialized skills using market intelligence and competitor research.
  • Improve interview structures and candidate evaluation consistency with stakeholder input.
  • Track candidate experience metrics and apply engagement initiatives across hiring cycles.
  • Negotiate offers by balancing market conditions with internal equity.
  • Use recruiting data to uncover and implement process improvements.
  • Partner on recruiting technology enhancements that improve operational efficiency.
  • Mentor, coach, and support the development of recruiting teams.
  • Contribute to Walmart’s workforce planning and growth goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field plus two years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a related area; or four years of relevant experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition strategy.
  • Strong analytical ability to interpret recruiting data, forecast hiring pace, and identify pipeline risks.
  • Experience creating targeted sourcing plans for specialized roles using market intelligence and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to build structured interview frameworks and lead calibration discussions.
  • Proficiency in negotiating competitive offers while balancing market data and internal equity.
  • Demonstrated success mentoring, coaching, and developing recruiting teams.
  • Commitment to operational excellence through process improvement and technology adoption.
  • Professional in Human Resources certification preferred.
