Senior Product Recruiter at Plaid — United States Remote
Plaid is seeking a Senior Product Recruiter to hire Product Managers for its financial connectivity platform. The role leads sourcing, stakeholder collaboration, pipeline development, recruiting analytics, and offer closing.
Description
- Lead full-cycle recruitment for Product Management positions, from sourcing and outreach through final interviews and offer closure.
- Work with Product and Engineering leaders to define role requirements, develop interview processes, and shape hiring strategies.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through creative sourcing, networking, and market research.
- Support hiring managers with recruiting data, market intelligence, and candidate feedback.
- Facilitate debriefs and direct closing strategies that reflect Plaid’s hiring standards and candidate experience expectations.
- Monitor and evaluate recruiting metrics to uncover bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency and quality.
- Coordinate with sourcers, recruiting coordinators, and cross-functional partners to deliver a consistent candidate experience.
- Communicate Plaid’s culture and mission throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including hiring Product Managers.
- Strong knowledge of product management disciplines, including strategy, execution, and technical concepts.
- Demonstrated ability to source and engage high-caliber product management candidates in competitive markets.
- Track record of partnering with senior product leaders to guide hiring decisions and influence results.
- Experience negotiating offers and maintaining candidate relationships through the closing stages.
- Ability to use recruiting metrics and market intelligence to guide decisions.
- Candidate-focused approach grounded in empathy, transparency, and clear communication.
- Preferred: experience working strategically with C-suite leaders and senior executives.
- Preferred: experience in a client-lead or embedded recruiting model.
- Preferred: recruiting experience within high-growth SaaS or fintech organizations.
- Preferred: experience creating recruiting playbooks or improving Product hiring processes.
- Preferred: familiarity with inclusive hiring methods and approaches to developing diverse product teams.
