Accounts Payable Specialist – Singapore (On-site)
Manage monthly close, tax filings, treasury matters and audit schedules as an Accounts Payable Specialist at TDCX. Support the company’s global BPO and customer experience operations with accurate financial reporting.
Description
- Complete monthly financial close by established deadlines
- Monitor and file service tax returns, and track company cash flow
- Keep finance and legal records neatly organized
- Prepare schedules for year-end audits
- Handle treasury and banking matters with banks
- Provide accurate reports to the Accountant and Group Finance Director
- Carry out other management-assigned duties within the role’s employment category
- Help implement, maintain and continually improve TDCX’s Quality Management System
Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in accounting, finance or a related field
- Around two years of relevant experience preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Self-motivated, with the ability to streamline work and an eagerness to learn and grow
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-growth company
- Strong analytical skills, a strong work ethic and initiative
- Excellent spoken and written English, plus the language of the supported market
