Senior IT Operations Analyst – Remote in the United States

Senior IT Operations Analyst responsible for incident response, compliance, service delivery, and operational improvement across Conduent’s government payment platforms. Full-time remote position based in the United States.

Description

  • Manage daily operations for government payment platforms
  • Keep detailed operational documentation to support consistent processes and compliance
  • Implement, maintain, and monitor quality controls and change management practices
  • Maintain SOC compliance, operational readiness, and system availability
  • Work with business, project management, development, and infrastructure teams to resolve incidents and service requests
  • Coordinate communication among development, QA, and infrastructure teams
  • Work with security teams to remediate vulnerabilities in line with CISO policies and timelines
  • Lead major incident response, including bridge calls and coordination of required resources
  • Contribute to problem management reviews and drive corrective and preventive actions
  • Prepare impact statements and maintain accurate operational records and data quality
  • Partner with product teams on improvements to operational efficiency and reliability
  • Support release readiness and operational acceptance processes
  • Complete required corporate training, time attestation, and governance activities
  • Provide after-hours on-call coverage and respond to operational escalations

Requirements

  • At least 8 years of experience in IT operations, production support, or IT project management in enterprise environments
  • Experience with ITIL practices, including incident, problem, change, and release management
  • Ability to assess complex technical issues and explain them to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to lead and perform effectively under pressure while exercising sound judgment
  • Knowledge of software delivery lifecycles, operational quality standards, and regulatory or compliance expectations
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in financial services or government payment environments preferred
