Senior Hybrid Cloud Solutions Architect, HPE, Turkey (Hybrid)

HPE is seeking a senior solution architect to design scalable hybrid cloud architectures and customer proposals in Turkey. The role supports technical sales, account planning, partner solutions, and enterprise transformation.

Description

  • Design integrated solutions spanning hardware, software, services, as-a-service offerings, and third-party components to meet customer business outcomes
  • Create and review customer proposals while validating business and technical requirements
  • Analyze customer business challenges, articulate value, and evaluate solution strengths and limitations
  • Advise global business units on IT trends, customer requirements, capability gaps, and unmet needs
  • Convert outcome-focused solutions into functional, technical, and scalable architectures
  • Explain solution value propositions in terms of customer business needs
  • Monitor emerging technologies and broader technology trends
  • Support industry engagement through conferences, presentations, demonstrations, booth activities, and industry events
  • Collect and apply competitive intelligence to support account strategies
  • Lead account business planning using industry expertise and knowledge of customer environments
  • Work with account teams on detailed discussions and present technical transformation strategies
  • Prepare comparative evaluations of alternative solution approaches
  • Configure and size workload solutions while balancing cost, scope, scale, boundaries, and expected benefits
  • Use partner products and services and share relevant knowledge with external partners
  • Generate sales pipeline through enhancements, unmet requirements, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities
  • Track account pipelines and advance opportunities through the sales cycle to closure
  • Contribute to sales forecasting and recommend actions to accelerate deal progression
  • Record sales-cycle activity and exchange best practices with colleagues and partners
  • Develop trusted professional relationships with customer executives
  • Share expertise with peers and support the development of junior team members

Requirements

  • A first-level university degree in a technical discipline or equivalent technical qualifications
  • An advanced technology degree is preferred
  • 8–12 years of IT experience focused on technical consulting and solution selling
  • Relevant knowledge-based certifications and at least one experience-based industry certification are strongly preferred
  • Enterprise architecture frameworks and project management methodologies or certifications are useful but not required
  • Advanced experience configuring solutions and developing demonstrations and proofs of concept
  • Advanced knowledge of company products, software, services, solution areas, and adjacent domains
  • Ability to connect as-a-service ecosystems, value propositions, solutions, and workloads to customer outcomes
  • Advanced understanding of variations in as-a-service business models
  • Advanced ability to collaborate across functions
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English and applicable local languages as needed
  • Advanced ability to lead discussions and influence decisions
  • Advanced business and financial understanding, including sales cycles, pipeline development, reporting, business strategy, TCO and ROI concepts, and financial models
  • Advanced consultative and value-selling capability, including whiteboarding, objection handling, and closing
  • Advanced knowledge of company operations, technical tools, and CRM systems
  • Advanced resource management capability
  • Practical experience with relevant products, solutions, tools, or services
  • Ability to design demonstration and walkthrough playbooks
  • Ability to deliver live demonstrations and walkthroughs
  • Advanced knowledge or experience in project and time management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Advanced knowledge of partner offerings and go-to-market strategy
  • Advanced strategic planning, account planning, and CRM or related tool expertise
