Senior HR Advisor – 12-Month Contract, Riyadh Hybrid

Support EFICIO’s Saudi Arabia business as a Senior HR Advisor, covering employee relations, HR operations, local compliance and government platforms. The role partners with managers and global teams across workforce planning, talent and organisational change.

Description

  • Serve as the trusted first point of contact for people matters across Saudi Arabia, building strong relationships with leaders, managers and employees
  • Convert business plans, workforce requirements, organisational risks and local regulations—including Saudization obligations—into practical people plans
  • Coach managers on team dynamics, feedback, employee development and sensitive workplace conversations
  • Handle employee relations cases with sound judgement, consistent documentation and strict confidentiality
  • Advise on Saudi Labour Law, its Implementing Regulations, Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development requirements, company policies and HR best practice
  • Guide managers through performance, conduct, probation, grievance, leave and workplace-support matters
  • Manage the full range of HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, documentation, background checks, absence and leave administration, employee requests, letters and employment or salary verifications
  • Oversee Qiwa and GOSI activities, including employee registration, government portal actions and compliance requirements
  • Coordinate HR administration related to payroll with Finance and external payroll providers
  • Keep HRIS records and employee data accurate and up to date
  • Coordinate required activities with the GRO
  • Work with Talent Acquisition, Finance and the global People team on workforce planning, talent, reward and organisational change initiatives
  • Analyse people data and employee feedback to spot trends, reduce risk and improve the employee experience
  • Help develop scalable policies, processes, manager resources and local engagement initiatives for the Saudi Arabia business

Requirements

  • Bring at least four years of progressive HR experience, preferably in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist position with substantial business-partnering responsibilities
  • Demonstrate independent, hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms, especially Qiwa and GOSI, including employee registration and compliance actions
  • Understand Saudi employment law, its Implementing Regulations, local employment requirements and Saudization programmes
  • Have experience handling employee relations and advising managers on performance and sensitive people issues
  • Use strong stakeholder-management, coaching and communication skills to influence senior leaders
  • Thrive in a fast-paced setting while balancing strategic priorities with hands-on operational work
  • Apply strong analytical skills and work confidently with HRIS and people data
  • Be discreet, proactive and highly organised when managing sensitive information
  • Be fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English
