Sales Director, Textile Services — Pennsylvania Remote

Lead HID’s RFID textile-services sales organization while managing an individual enterprise quota. Expand hospitality, hotel, laundry, linen, and uniform-services revenue across the United States.

Description

  • Lead the HID Textile Services sales organization
  • Define commercial priorities, role responsibilities, territory design, account ownership, quotas, and performance standards
  • Own an individual quota while sourcing, leading, and closing strategic hospitality-group and high-value hotel opportunities
  • Develop executive relationships across hotel ownership, operations, management companies, procurement, laundries, linen suppliers, and other industry stakeholders
  • Coach sellers on discovery, qualification, value analysis, economic-buyer engagement, proposals, negotiation, and closing
  • Run disciplined sales processes spanning pipeline generation, stage definitions, deal reviews, forecasting, conversion, win-loss analysis, and corrective action
  • Create repeatable go-to-market plays for HID InvoTech Uniform Management, HID Acuity, Invotion Linen Management, RFID textile tags, and partner opportunities
  • Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage sales professionals while addressing performance gaps and strengthening hunting capabilities
  • Coordinate strategic accounts and opportunities spanning multiple regions
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, Operations, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership on offers, pricing, ROI tools, implementation readiness, and market activation
  • Represent HID in senior customer engagements and industry events
  • Track market and competitive changes, turning customer insight into business priorities

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant commercial leadership experience
  • At least eight years of successful B2B sales or business development experience, including leadership of solution-sales teams
  • Demonstrated success personally closing strategic, multi-location, or enterprise deals and building relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Background selling to hospitality, hotel technology, commercial laundry, linen or uniform services, textile services, or a closely related market
  • Previous experience in commercial laundry, linen or uniform services, or the textile-services industry
  • Track record managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder sales involving software, hardware, recurring services, operational change, or capital approval
  • RFID experience is helpful but not mandatory
  • Success as a player-coach who leads a sales team while personally developing and closing significant business
  • Strong grasp of hospitality operations and the ability to establish credibility with hotel-group executives, owners, management companies, property leaders, procurement teams, finance teams, laundries, and linen suppliers
  • Executive-level solution-selling capability across discovery, value quantification, business-case creation, negotiation, and complex deal leadership
  • Ability to evaluate pipeline quality and direct focus toward opportunities with a credible route to revenue
  • Strong coaching and performance-management skills
  • Sound commercial judgment and analytical discipline in forecasting, pricing, account prioritization, resource allocation, and sales productivity
  • Proficiency with CRM and prospecting platforms such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Current legal authorization to live and work in the United States
  • Immigration sponsorship is unavailable
  • International relocation and remote work outside the United States will not be considered
