Requirements
- Enjoy engaging with customers and addressing their needs
- Work reliably with a practical, solution-focused mindset
- Have experience providing customer support by telephone
- Automotive industry knowledge is not required
- Contribute effectively as a motivated and collaborative team member
- Have very strong German language skills
- Use Microsoft Office and Excel confidently
