Description

  • Reach out to customers who may cancel and learn what could keep them.
  • Respond to cancellation requests with empathy and clear retention offers.
  • Track cancellation reasons and share emerging patterns with the team.
  • Follow up with former customers and manage renewal outreach.
  • Achieve monthly retention and customer save-rate goals.
  • Understand why customers leave and offer solutions that help protect revenue.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer retention, account support, or customer service.
  • Experience using a CRM or helpdesk platform such as HubSpot or Zendesk.
  • Strong spoken and written English, with clear and persuasive communication.
  • Comfort working toward retention targets.
  • A reliable laptop and stable fibre internet connection.
  • Experience in subscription or e-commerce businesses is a plus.
  • Familiarity with a platform such as Gorgias or Intercom is a plus.
  • Experience reporting on customer churn is a plus.
