Outbound Call Center Agent - Michigan Remote

Work remotely as an outbound call center agent contacting donors on behalf of nonprofit clients. Use predictive dialing, approved scripts, and fundraising performance targets to secure charitable contributions.

Description

  • Complete comprehensive training
  • Join one of four MDS teams supporting a designated group of clients
  • Contact donors for 4–8 clients during an eight-hour shift using predictive dialing equipment
  • Complete approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with an average 20–30 seconds between calls
  • Engage donors and prospective donors according to an approved script
  • Obtain financial donations for client organizations
  • Meet minimum fundraising and productivity targets

Requirements

  • At least one year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong, stable employment history
  • A dedicated wired internet connection
  • A quiet home workspace without routine household interruptions
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Commitment to and enthusiasm for charitable and nonprofit causes
  • Willingness to learn
  • Persistence in donor outreach

  • Availability for 40-hour shifts
