Complete comprehensive training
Join one of four MDS teams supporting a designated group of clients
Contact donors for 4–8 clients during an eight-hour shift using predictive dialing equipment
Complete approximately 16–24 calls per hour, with an average 20–30 seconds between calls
Engage donors and prospective donors according to an approved script
Obtain financial donations for client organizations
Meet minimum fundraising and productivity targets

Cerințe

At least one year of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong, stable employment history
A dedicated wired internet connection
A quiet home workspace without routine household interruptions
Basic computer proficiency
Commitment to and enthusiasm for charitable and nonprofit causes
Willingness to learn
Persistence in donor outreach
Ability to work within the company’s Christian values and workplace culture
Availability for 40-hour shifts
