Onsite Customer Care Representative - Waconia, Minnesota

Support customers with order questions, product and technical issues, and service resolution for Cabinetworks Group’s kitchen cabinet brands. Manage calls, orders, product information, and follow-up to help deliver positive customer experiences.

Description

  • Assist customers and consumers with order questions, product and technical support, promotions, and issue resolution
  • Investigate root causes and create appropriate action plans for resolving issues
  • Collaborate with field sales and service teams to support positive customer experiences
  • Explain lead times, estimated arrivals, product and technical specifications, policies, vendor buying agreements, cancellations, first-order programs, and replacements
  • Resolve product and service concerns and route relevant information to the appropriate department
  • Make outbound follow-up calls about product delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Handle inbound calls from internal and external customers, take initial orders, and address issues
  • Enter high volumes of orders accurately into the system
  • Follow department standards while adapting to changing business needs
  • Complete ongoing training on policies, products, and processes

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One to three years of customer service experience
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Typing speed of 45 to 50 words per minute
  • Strong organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Accurate data-entry skills supported by careful attention to detail
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with external customers
  • Proven ability to resolve conflicts involving sensitive or complex issues
  • Ability to work effectively with flexibility, independence, and initiative without daily management interaction
