Knowledge Architect, Product Enablement Expert - Barcelona Hybrid

Shape code-informed product knowledge for Docplanner’s global healthcare platform. Enable the Kraken and Noa assistants through content standards, review workflows, and team training.

Description

  • Own Docplanner’s product knowledge model, covering facts, structure, labels, metadata, and internal versus external content
  • Establish quality standards that require references to repositories, files, or code locations
  • Build a unified knowledge structure for the Kraken and Noa assistants
  • Use GitHub repositories and source code to uncover feature logic, rules, and edge cases
  • Turn technical knowledge from code into clear, reviewable content
  • Refine knowledge-generation workflows to reduce manual confirmation
  • Ensure new and updated features produce code-based knowledge from their initial release
  • Assess the internal knowledge base and determine what to migrate, rewrite, replace, or archive
  • Rank knowledge-base initiatives by topic usage and rate of change
  • Guide the knowledge-base transformation while maintaining quality across markets and contributors
  • Produce practical guides, examples, and training for the new fact-checking process
  • Build team capability in fact writing, generated-content review, gap analysis, repository-based content, and AI assistant testing
  • Find important knowledge outside the codebase, including market and plan variations, interface wording, patient-facing content, and screenshots
  • Create repeatable information-gathering workflows with Product Managers, Product Marketing, and Product Experts
  • Lead review cycles with feature owners and track corrections and their underlying causes
  • Establish methods for keeping knowledge accurate through frequent releases
  • Notify the Help Center team when releases make published content inaccurate
  • Coordinate with Product Experts, Help Center, Kraken and Noa owners, and Engineering
  • Define handoff formats and evaluate assistant responses using fixed question sets

Requirements

  • 4–7 years of hands-on ownership in technical writing, documentation engineering, knowledge management, developer experience, solutions engineering, or a comparable field
  • Working knowledge of Git and GitHub, including branches, pull requests, change review, and large-codebase navigation
  • Ability to read code well enough to understand rules and edge cases; software engineering experience is not required
  • Experience creating content systems based on small, self-contained pieces with labels, metadata, and standards
  • Daily working use of Markdown, YAML, or JSON
  • Background with version-controlled documentation reviewed, stored, and built in a repository
  • Understanding of how AI assistants retrieve and use content, including how to evaluate their answers
  • Demonstrated ability to secure timely fact reviews from busy subject-matter experts and create effective review formats
  • Experience introducing a new working method to a team and embedding it in practice
  • Self-direction to establish and shape a newly defined role
  • Professional written and spoken English
  • Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, or Italian language skills are advantageous
  • Existing legal authorization to work in the country of residence or role location; visa sponsorship is unavailable
