Junior Human Resources Analyst (Business Partner) – Recife Hybrid

Junior Human Resources Analyst supporting leaders through people metrics, team development, and retention initiatives. Hybrid role serving operations in Recife, Fortaleza, and Salvador.

Description

  • Partner with leaders and operations on People Management matters.
  • Support business decisions by tracking key metrics and helping strengthen team development, retention, and engagement.
  • Provide consultative People Management support to leaders and the assigned business units.
  • Track workforce indicators including turnover, internal placement, absenteeism, and headcount.
  • Assist managers with performance, development, conflict resolution, employee movements, and terminations.
  • Assess risks and opportunities involving employee engagement, retention, and team leadership.
  • Support promotions, merit increases, transfers, and internal mobility processes.
  • Guide leaders on People Management policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Collaborate with Organizational Development, Payroll and Employee Administration, Recruiting and Selection, and Operations teams.
  • Contribute to engagement programs, performance reviews, feedback processes, individual development plans, and leadership development.
  • Visit business units to maintain close contact with employees and managers.
  • Attend management meetings and present metrics, key risks, and action plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience in Human Resources, preferably in a generalist, Business Partner, or operations-support role.
  • Experience advising and building relationships with managers is preferred.
  • Knowledge of core Human Resources processes.
  • Knowledge of people metrics.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Availability to visit and travel to the assigned operations in Recife, Fortaleza, and Salvador.
  • Regular working hours from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., with flexibility for visits and travel to operations.
