Dutch-Speaking Automotive Technical Support Specialist
Handle automotive support cases for Expleo in Bucharest, resolving Level 1 issues and escalating cases when needed. Help manage warranty costs and keep support requests moving through to closure.
Description
- Review incoming support requests and identify suitable solutions using available information and technical knowledge.
- Escalate Level 1 cases that remain unresolved, following established procedures.
- Track and manage support requests through to closure.
- Promptly notify the manager of incidents identified while processing requests.
- Cover colleagues’ support requests during absences to maintain business continuity.
- Translate support requests and other documents when asked by the manager.
- Follow internal procedures and work instructions.
- Consider warranty costs when handling requests and recommend part replacement when appropriate.
- Suggest new or updated items and databases to strengthen the knowledge base.
- Follow the client’s quality management system requirements.
Requirements
- University degree in a technical field, preferably automotive, mechanical, or electrical/electronics.
- Fluent Dutch.
- Intermediate to advanced English.
- Interest in the automotive industry.
- Entry-level experience.
