Description

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to address customer problems.

Requirements

  • At least three years of design experience at consumer-focused technology companies.
  • Strong command of design thinking, user-centered methods, UX research, prototyping, and iterative design.
  • Ability to connect design decisions to user and business problems.
  • Experience owning a design area from start to finish.
  • Ability to make strategic design choices while balancing user needs, business goals, and technical limits.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting design concepts and solutions.
  • Ability to conduct user research, interpret data, and validate ideas.
  • Strong knowledge of design tools.
  • In-depth understanding of design systems.
  • A curious, driven, and creative approach to learning.
  • A compelling online portfolio.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools such as Amplitude and Hotjar.
