Product Designer, SaaS Messaging and CRM
Design SaaS messaging and CRM experiences for APAC, from user research and Figma prototyping through design quality checks. Partner with product teams distributed across multiple regions.
Description
- Lead design decisions for assigned product areas, from framing problems through developer handoff.
- Work with product, design and engineering colleagues to assess existing features and develop new concepts.
- Map user workflows and produce wireframes and related design materials.
- Build high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes in Figma using the design system.
- Record product logic and edge cases, and explain design intent to remote developers.
- Preserve the intended design during development and check quality before release.
- Carry out evaluative research and usability tests when needed.
- Promote human-centered design across the organization.
- Connect work to the team’s Hedgehog Concept and share progress at weekly design meetings.
- Partner with colleagues across APAC, EMEA and North America.
- Add reusable patterns and documentation to the design system.
- Help improve activation, conversion, task completion and reduction of support contacts.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience working as a Product Designer.
- Product design experience in a SaaS company.
- Experience with CRM or ERP products, or messaging software.
- At least three years designing digital products, including end-to-end ownership of a product area.
- A portfolio demonstrating user research and user interface design.
- Experience shipping web application features through development.
- Experience conducting evaluative research and usability testing.
- Experience working in an agile team with product managers and engineers.
- Experience collaborating across time zones in a distributed team.
- Proficiency with Figma.
- Comfort using Jira and Confluence.
- Working knowledge of front-end development technologies.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Strong written communication skills for asynchronous collaboration across a global team.
- Ability to facilitate workshops, design critiques and stakeholder sessions.
- Experience using AI tools for research synthesis and everyday design work.
- Qualification in UX, graphic design or industrial design, or equivalent practical experience demonstrated in a portfolio.
